★공인노무사시험 수험개요

ㅁ공인노무사란?

①노동관계법령 및 인류. 노무관리분야에 대한 전문적인 지식과 경험을 제공함으로써 사업 또는 사업상의 노동관계업무의 원활한 운영과 자율적인 인사노무관리의 합리적 개선을 도모하는 노동관계 전문가  

② 노사분규의 원천적 예방 및 공정한 저정을 통하여 지속적인 노사공영체제의 확립을 도모함으로써 근로자의 복지증진과 기업의 건전한 발전 및 산업평화유지에 이바지함을 목적으로 하는 노동관계업무의 전문 직업인을 말한다.


ㅁ 공인노무사의 주요업무

① 노동위원회 관계업무 (부당해고 구제신청, 부당노동행위 구제신청등)
근로자가 부당하게 해고를 당했거나 노조활동과 관련되어 해고 되었을 경우 지방노동위원회에 구제신청을 할 수 있으며, 이 경우 공인노무사가 위임을 받아 노동위원회에서 변론을 할 수 있고 지방노동위원회의 결정에 불복시 중앙노동위원회에 재심신청할 수도 있다.  

② 노동부 관련업무 (각종급여청구등)
근로자가 상여금, 임금 또는 퇴직금 수령시 근로기준법을 위반하여 부적절하게 지급받은 경우 지방노동청이나 노동사무소에 진정, 고소 또는 고발할 수 있는데, 이때 공인노무사에게 위임하여 대리케 할 수 있다.  
③ 근로복지공단과 산재심사위원회 관련업무(산재보험금, 장해급여금 등)
산업재해로 인하여 근로자가 근로복지공단으로부터 산재보험금 등 (요양급여, 휴업급여, 장해급여,유족급여)을 수령시 여러가지문제 (요양불승인, 휴업급여 불지급, 부적절한 장해등급판정등)가 발생하는데 이 경우 공인노무사가 관련업무를 대리 또는 대행할 수 있으며 위 공단의 결정에 불복시 산재심사위원회에 재심청구를 할 수 있다.

④ 고용보험관련업무
'98년 10월부터 1인이상 모든 사업장의 고용보험가입의무화로 노동부의 업무가 과중된바 공인노무사가 이를 대신하여 고용보험 업무(보험료의징수.납부, 근로자의 변동신청등 )를 대행할 수 있게 되었다.

⑤ 노동관계분야의 법률상담과 자문 및 단체교섭지도업무
빈번한 노사분쟁에 따른 비용을 줄이고 분쟁의 사전예방을 위해 공인노무사가 자문역할을 할 수 있다.

⑥ 노동관련 전문위원으로 활동가능
경륜이 쌓이고 실력이 우수한 경우 노동위원회의 조정위원으로 위촉받아 구제신사건이나 조정신청사건을 맡아 심판하거나 조정하기도 한다.  


ㅁ 공인노무사시험 합격후의 진로

① 독립된 공인노무사 사무소 설립
② 합동사무소 개설(2人이상)
③ 법인설립 혹은 기존법인에 가입 (공인노무사 2人이상시 법인설립가능)
④ 노동관련 각종기관에 특채 가능
⑤ 노동위원회 조정위원으로 위촉 가능
⑥ 노동관련 서적 발행, 기업 또는 노조의 초청강연  


ㅁ 공인노무사의 전망

IMF 사태로 인한 대량실직으로 말미암아 국민들의 직업관에 커다란 변화가 생겼는데 그것은 바로 실직의 염려가 없고 자신의 전문성을 한껏 발취할 수 있는 전문자격증에 대한 선호도가 급격히 증가할 것이라고 볼 수 있으며, 노동관련 전문가인 공인노무사에 대한 선호도가 노동시장의 변화와 함께 꾸준히 높아지고 있으며, 또한 외국인의 직접투자가 증가하고 있는 한국적 기업 문화에 익숙치 못한 외국기업들은 노동문제 전문가로서 공인노무사를 찾게 될 것이다. 그리고 공무원채용방식의 변화로 전문직 종사자들의 공무원 진출이 늘어나고 있는 바 노동관계 전문가인 공인노무사의 노동관련 부서로의 진출이 늘어날 전망이다.


ㅁ 공인노무사시험의 개요

공인노무사법 시행령개정으로 그동안 격년제로 실시되었던 공인노무사 시험이 '98년 제7회 시험부터 매년 실시되고 있으며, '99년 8회 시험부터는 선발기준이 1,2차 모두 절대평가제로 바뀌어 선발기준의 투명성 확보와 예측가능성이 높아져 시험준비의 부담이 한층 더 줄었다고 할 수 있다.

ㅁ 공인노무사시험 응시자격

① 학력, 경력, 성별, 연령제한 없으며 만 20세 이상.
② 공인노무사법 제4조의 각호에 해당하는 결격사유가 없는 자.  
弟 4 다음 각호의 1에 해당하는 자는 공인노무사가 될 수 없다.
1. 미성년자
2. 금치산자 또는 한정치산자
3. 파산자로서 복권되지 아니한 자.
4. 공무원으로서 징계처분에 의하여 파면된 자로서 3년이 경과되지 아니한 자.
5. 금고이상의 형의 선고를 받고 그 집행이 종료되거나 집행을 받지 아니하기로 확정된 후 3년이 경과되지 아니한 자.
6. 형의 집행유예를 받고 그 기간이 만료된 날로부터 2년이 경과되지 아니한 자.
7. 금고이상의 형의 선고유예기간중에 있는 자.

What's it's purpose
The purpose of this tool is to help parents better focus their teaching effort, by highlighting topics in the pupils maths learning journey which may need attention. This is not a testing tool, it is designed to encourage focussed and constructive teaching in the little time we have with our kids.  

What's in it?
The tool lists a range of SAT style maths questions and solutions covering topics in the key stage 2 Maths syllabus. Please see screen shots for example qustions.

How to use it?
The pupil finger writes the answers in the space provided using the workout screen if needed. Use the menu buttons to navigate between questions, save the answers and show solutions.  The solution screen shows only one correct solution where there could potentially be more.
The educator will change the pen colour to red, mark answers and provide guidance where required.
