HTTP Query Builder is a tool to build any HTTP query. It allows executing both GET and POST queries to any URL with any parameters. The parameters may include User-Agent, cookies, HTTP post variables, etc. Once the query is executed, its result is shown in fully featured browser. After that, you can continue browsing keeping the set parameters on (cookies and User-Agent).

Problems with viewing your favorite website? Most likely this is because that website recognizes that you are using a mobile phone browser and provides you with its much lighter version, e.g. without images or with a limited functionality. Now you can trick those websites to think you are using a conventional browser. All you need to do is just select a browser from the User-Agent list of HTTP Query Builder before visiting the website. You can choose Internet Explorer (up to version 8), Mozilla Firefox (up to version 3.6.13), etc.
But that's not all. You can also trick the website you are visiting that you are a search engine bot. Thus you can verify what will the most popular search engines' bots see when indexing your website. Your web designer assures you that your website has been optimized but you still don't find it in search results? Well, find out yourself what those search engine bots see when they visit your site to index it. The User-Agent list includes Google Bot, Yahoo Bot, Alexa Bot and Bing Bot.

Saving Queries

HTTP Query Builder allows saving queries. Each query details contain: URL, query type (GET or POST) and optional parameters (cookies and/or user-agent).
You can load any saved query and execute it at any time. A saved query can be deleted.

This app lets you to control which network operators your phone is allowed to connect to (roaming). You can select to allow your phone to connect to all network operators from your country or create a custom list of allowed networks operators.

You can decide to block the connection entirely (set airplane mode) or only the data connection (needs external free app APNdroid) when the phone tries to connect to not allowed operators

This app is specially useful for Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNO) that connect to several real network operators.

Droid Beacon allows you to maintain a list of users who will be able to send a special text message (password) to your phone which will in turn send back your phones current location.  Now you can create an email containing a link to Google maps which will show your location (when email was created) to allow your friends to find you.   Works great if camping or in a neighborhood you’re not familiar with to allow them to find you without having to give directions.

When an incoming text message is received the program will lookup that phone number and password, if found the application will behave as follows:
•Initiate GPS and get current location.
•Convert latitude and longitude to friendly street name
•Send the Street name via text message back to the requesting users.
•Disable GPS

Since the current location is sent back via text message any phone capable of sending and receiving a text message can interface with this program

The GPS will only be initiated and then disabled when a valid incoming text message is received, saving battery life.

This app adds support for Client Certificate Authentication to Exchange ActiveSync accounts, supporting email, native calendar and native contacts synchronization.

If you just stumbled upon this app while browsing the Android Market, chances are that you don't need it. It provides a very specific functionality with a very narrow focus and is not of use to a wide audience.

This app is repackaged from the CyanogenMod 6.1 Email app to install and work on non-rooted phones and not conflict with the stock Email. It is primarily intended to help with EAS accounts with two-way SSL requirements, a feature which has been previously contributed to CyanogenMod as well. Any further improvements of general interest will also be contributed back to CM.

Small App wich can be used to send a message/caller id to your Dreambox Sat receiver. The message/caller id is shown on your TV. This works if your dreambox and phone are
connected to your home network.

It can be useful to inform your children to come into the kitchen because dinner is ready ...

number and name(if stored on phone) is displayed on
your TV as a popup.


Dreambox Setting: Http-Authentification must be switched off

The configuration setting of dreambox IP is stored when
you first time end the app(cancel pressed). This may be needed to work in combination with the CLIP function.

Is is also possible to store a port number when
your dreambox web service is not runnning at default
port 80 ( just write IP:Portnumber ).


If there is some interest in this App it will be enhanced to
display other textual information of your choice.

The App was successfully tested with an Enigma 1 based device. Enigma 2 based devices should work (Feedback is welcomed)
