Check if your home network devices are reachable from your phone. It is possible to add up to 4 device IP addresses to a list.
It shows you:
local IP, Gateway IP, Netmask and DNS Server Address
The App should be useful to check if your home network devices are reachable and responding to network requests.
If a device is responding in time the state "OK" is written to the result list, otherwise "nOK".
This will work best if the host is responding to the echo service which is defined to run on port 7. If you have a machine running windows you may need to enable Simple TCP/IP
services and open your firewall on port 7.
Some phones may not be allowed to use the ICMP(ping)
service from a non root user, but the echo service should
work for any user.
If The IP Address or other values of your phone are "null" or not set your phone has not got an IP from your router or from network yet.
