Area Code Tracker is a tool that provides live information on the area (city, state, time zone) of the caller. You don't have to call any number or look it up, this information is displayed in the status bar automatically and disappears after the call is over.
It is very useful for users who receive a lot of calls from all over the country and want to know exactly where the user is calling from. Apart from just wanting to know more about the caller, sometimes you have to prioritize your time on the phone, isn't it?
The application contains all of the NANP (North American Numbering Plan), that means, 382 area codes.
For US, a small map is displayed for the state in question. That means, one can learn some geography too ;)

This application is an evaluation version, which allows user to dial out 100 numbers.

This is an alternative speed photo dialer, which allows user to dial number by clicking the contact's photo. The application provides SMS support from same contact.

Configuration
User just needs to perform very simple configuration prior to dial the first number.

1) Photo contact selection:
Each "Question mark" shown represents an empty spot. To assign a photo, user can press any empty spot, then select a contact from the contact list popped up. After that the photo for the selected contact will be shown.

2) Photo contact removal:
To remove a selected contact from the panel, press the phone's "menu" button. Select "Remove" option, and then click any contact photo inside the panel. After that that photo will be removed from panel

3) Reset the panel
If you want to reset all selected photo contact, simply press menu button and select "Reset" option.

4) Choose Default Action
If a contact have multiple number/email, you can pick a particular communication mean as the default action.

To do so, please press menu button and select "Default" option. Click the contact photo and then select the default number/email. After that, the default action will be launch whenever you click the photo.

After default action has been picked for a contact, the original number/email list can be shown, if the photo contact is being long pressed.

With this App you can send a Message and the caller ID and caller name to your PC, which will be shown as a POPUP message for some seconds.
If a phone call arrives the number shown on your phone display ( caller ID or incoming phone number) will be shown on your PC screen. The full version will show you also
the callers name.

The App is written for home office use with direct IP (WLAN) communication possible between your Phone and your home office PC. On the PC side you need a small Java program for displaying the messages which can be obtained from me by e-mail: pebauer68@gmail.com.

If many persons are interested in this app it will be enhanced to display a picture of the caller on the PC or any other data of your choice.  

On the PC side a Java SE Installation is required.
It is also needed to have the echo service running on port 7. If there is a firewall active on your pc you need to adapt the rules to allow data flow to port 7 and 6789 (where the message listener runs).

The PC side Java app was tested with Windows XP and
Ubuntu Linux.

Encrypted 128Bit Instant Messaging Client for when you need privacy and secure messaging.  Set up a free account with uWho(Press Menu Settings then Menu:set up Account) or it can be used with a Google chat account or any XMPP Server like Openfire open source chat server. Note: We do not store messages on our servers.
Note: you must know the other users name@im.uwho.net and enter it under menu to chat privately and encrypted. When creating a username and password they both must be at least 6 characters with no spaces.
Our changes to the Beem source code integrate to the uWho suite of Mobile applications like uMedia and uComm to display presence information for users when they are away, on the phone, available and uMedia broadcast if installed.

This program allows you to send SMS where you can change the following parameters:
- SMS class can be set to 0-2
- SMS encoding can be set to 7bit or 8bit
- SMS PID can be changed.

If you are a normal user you would most likely not be interested in this program - unless you want to annoy your friends by sending Class 0 SMS:es that automaticly displays on their phone as soon as it is received.

If you are developing programs for any Cinterion / Siemens device that allows you to remotely update the software in your device(s), then this program is what you need.
