DECREASED FUEL COSTS
With Mobile Closeout, no longer do you need to have a technician drive to the office to close out a work order.  Additionally, supervisors no longer need to drive to a job site to verify that work is completed properly.  Simply specify which pictures need to be taken by the technician before closing out a work order, and the information is immediate sent to the office for approval and processing.

IMPROVED QUALITY
Because technicians have a check sheet that needs to be followed and pictures have to be taken to prove that a specific step was completed, quality of work will increase drastically.

SAVED TIME
Time normally spent by technicians to drive back to the office on a daily basis to submit closeout paperwork can now be re-focused to completing more jobs.  Time spent by supervisors driving to job sites to verify completed work can now be re-focused towards scheduling and training.

Whether the goal is to have immediate up-to-the-minute financial statements, or to know which parts need to be back filled because of use in the field, Mobile Closeout gets you the information you need immediately.  

INCREASED NUMBER OF TECHNICIANS MAINTAINABLE BY DISPATCH
A single dispatcher is able to handle multiple email conversations at one time, while only being able to handle one phone conversation at a time.  Because technicians can communicate with Dispatch via Mobile Closeout, a single dispatcher can handle more technicians.  With Mobile Closeout, there are few reasons for a technician to need to call Dispatch.

ABILITY TO SELL TODAY AND INSTALL TOMORROW
With sales closeouts coming directly after a sale is made, supervisors are able to make equipment orders and schedule jobs immediately.  This allows for replacements to be installed much more quickly, which decreases the chance that a customer will back out.

Access open work orders
Technicians open their native SME Android application to review all of their open orders. Scroll through open orders in the familiar Android user interface.

Update orders
Update the order status, enter services performed, add material, add labor, add services, and even update the custom fields. Changes made in SME Tech Portal will immediately save in SME back at the office.

View and Add Material, Labor, and Services
Your material and service items in SME are now available for your techs in the field. You techs can add material to the order by selecting the item number, add labor time and add service items to order. These are saved immediately to SME.

Collect Customer Signature
Technicians can collect customer signature on the spot. Hand your phone to your customer and they will sign using their finger on the touch screen. Signatures captured are saved in SME on the Work Requested tab.

Close Orders
Technicians can quickly close orders with one tap. Closing orders out in the field prepares updates SME in the office immediately, speeding up your invoicing process.

Offline Access
Technicians can continue to enter information when they are out of coverage for example at a customer site, in a basement work area, or a rural area without coverage. This allows the technicians to continue to record all the information on the order and it will sync back to SME when they are back in coverage. Changes that have not synced to SME will be highlighted in red.
