The Citizenmode Android App is part of a new and innovative communications system designed for public service authorities.
It allows citizens to send text, images and GPS information regarding such issues as fly tipping, graffiti, roadworks, and floods directly to their council.
The incoming report is routed by CitizenMode to the correct department and a response reference number is sent to the Citizen.
All reports are viewable in a Google Maps report which shows exact location of report.
