It will explain the process and help you recognize what it is that you need to confess. It will also allow you to store the sins that you need to confess until you are able to confess them. They are stored locally to your phone and can be deleted every time you go to confession.

This is not a replacement for the sacrament of confession. This app is just an aid that can be used while actually going to confession. By no means does this app give any sort of absolution or forgiveness for your sins.
