The Referee Toolbox is a all-in-one solution for referees and football coaches.
Allowing you to easily manage your team and follow the game with a few simple clicks.
The Toolbox is packed with all the useful features you will need to control your match.
Some notable features are:
Personalize the teams with the names
Goal count/Timing of the goals
Award red/yellow cards
Coin toss to decide the kick-offs etc

Ability to set the duration of each half and the Half-Time break.

The app automatically created a log of all the goings on in the match, Which can be brought up at any time by the Match Log button, This shows the time of the event as well as the event throughout the game, Perfect for referring back to previous events.

[2012-06-21] Stauffer: Looks like the best I've found. Still trying to decide if I actually want to carry my phone while I referee, but this is helping tip the scales. I second the request for a confirmation screen before wiping out the match with the back button by accident :) Also, recording who got the goals or cards is a must! I can use the notes for this, but it seems like it would be easy for the developer to add. Finally, some way to get the match log out of the app and emailed to the league is essential. What's the point if I have to write everything down anyway? Its a great start, and I love that it doesn't need any special permissions, it just works! Its on the right path for how an app should work, simple, beautiful, and mostly functional. |
