De forma prática e sustentável, pois os usuários do aplicativo não precisarão mais de fichas com seus treinos. E podem também compartilhar treinos com outros usuários. Por enquanto o aplicativo só está disponível para celulares Android, em breve teremos o aplicativo para iPhone. Compartilhe essa ideia com seus amigos na academia.
Como utilizar?
1º passo
Peça ao seu instrutor para entrar no site www.muscapp.com.br e criar um novo treino para você. Seu instrutor só precisar saber o seu e-mail e pronto. Ele irá confeccionar o treino e quando ele terminar você irá receber um e-mail com o número do seu novo treino.
2º passo
Baixe o aplicativo no Android Market e instale. Coloque no primeiro campo o número do treino que você recebeu no seu e-mail e no segundo campo o seu e-mail. Depois clique em baixar.
3º passo
O aplicativo irá separar o seu treino em letras uma letra para cada dia de treino. Tudo que você precisar fazer agora é clicar no botão de sua preferência de acordo com o treino que você irá fazer neste dia.
4º passo
Na próxima janela você irá encontrar os exercicios que precisa fazer, ordenadamente. Caso você não conheça algum exercicio entre em contato com o seu instrutor.
5º passo
Depois de ter baixado o treino ele ficará gravado no seu celular e você não precisará baixa-lo novamente. Basta abrir o aplicativo e na primeira janela clicar em "Treino Existente"

This application is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) scoreboard and timer that I use on my practices and wanted to share with the community.

The controls are very simple. Touch the timer to start/stop and the points to increase them. To decrease the score, execute a long press.

In the Options Menu you can reset the timer and scoring, change the duration of the match and enable a buzzer to be played when the timer runs out.

When training alone without electronic target system or a range system turning your targets, it is very difficult to train specific Parts of ISSF programs.

For example the duel training which has a period for 3 seconds where you should shoot 1 shot, then a 7 second brake before new 3 seconds for next shot.

On an electronic target system there is a red and green lamp telling you when to shoot. This Pistol Shooting Self Trainer App simulates the program session and the red/green light.

In addition a voice or click tells you when to start, shot and stop. After a session you are able to save your score and view each session and your latest average. There is also a graph for each program where you can see your progression.
