Michigan High School Sports Extremely slow, hard to find current information. Shows last years results for sports both currently active and those not active yet this year.

Could be really cool Doesn't text you scores of games. Isn't updated fast enough

It is a great idea, but it only shows scores that are a year old for boys tennis. Not sure if that is a bug or someone failing to keep it updated.
