Easy, accurate and advanced, the GunSim.com Ballistics engine in handy mobile format for hunters and target shooters, with a graphic Simulator. It is not a game, and is only of interest to Rifle shooters. Features: bullet drop, windage in inches and clicks, lead, velocity, energy, and a MilDot rangefinding tool. Uphill / downhill angles and atmospherics are supported. Options: Yards/Meters, Mil/Moa, Inches/Cm, G1/G7 BC.
It also has thousands of Bullet/Ammo entries from different manufacturers, and you can save your own loads.
Coriolis effect and spin drift are included.

[2012-01-20] A Google User: Best gun ballistics simulator on the market! Great features and a good selection off options to tweak. This isn't a game, but it is a great simulator. I recommend using this in conjunction with other shooting apps to learn how to use them. I would give this five stars but the development cycle is a little slow, "custom reticles" hasn't been implemented yet, and the camera functionality doesn't work on my Nexus One. I DO highly recommend this app to those interested in bullet ballistics or testing other shooting aides on the Android platform. |
