-I am Ondrej Malina, I am now 5th Dan and a professional teacher with my own DoJo with over 200 members. The video and photos has been exclusively shot for this application. From 2005, I have also been acting as a stuntman in films such as Wanted starring Morgan Freeman, Angelina Jolie and James McAvoy.
Other films I have been in include Solomone Cane, Henry IV and Mission Impossible 4.
I started in 1987.
My first teachers were Stefan Stenudd, Georgio Veneri, Daniel Vaillant, and now I follow Franck Noel,
Joel Roche and Endo sensei including my original Teacher Stefan.
From 1993 until 2003 I was President of the Czech Aikido Federation.
From 2004 onwards, every year, I visit Japan to study the roots of Aikido.
I also run Demonstrations and Seminars in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and France. With Aikido you have structure and yet freedom to express your own understanding of the Art. I hope you enjoy what we have created for you and look forward to helping you during your own journey.

This great app (600K 0.6MB, called 'A step to Aikido' once installed) allows you to download 147 great photos explaining 22 videos which show the moves in full swing.
Importantly it shows you in closeup (through the use of the zoom setting) where your hands should be move by move.
You can clearly see the position the body has to take as well. You can manually browse each move or set it to auto.
After watching each video each key point within the move is captured at the best angle possible so you can clearly see the progress of each move.

   - When opening the app you will presented with an alphabetical list of 22 moves.
- Tap on one and it will open an image gallery and the first step in the move or set to auto
   - Tap to right or left of the image to move to the next or previous image
  -  If you want to zoom into an image press menu/zoom then hold your finger in the centre of the image and move it upwards to zoom in and downwards to zoom out
  - If you wish to view the video related to each move press menu/video
   - In settings you can also control how long the picture gallery remains on the screen and the interval between images if set to auto

NEW YORK YANKEES
The New York Yankees are a professional baseball team based in the borough of the Bronx, in New York City, New York. They belong to Major League Baseball's American League East Division. One of the American League's eight charter franchises, the club was founded in Baltimore, Maryland in 1901 as the Baltimore Orioles and moved to New York City in 1903, becoming known as the New York Highlanders before being officially renamed the "Yankees" in 1913. From 1923 to 2008, the Yankees' home ballpark was Yankee Stadium, one of the world's most famous sports venues. In 2009, they moved into a new stadium, also called "Yankee Stadium".

As of 2011, the franchise, which most recently won the World Series in 2009, leads the league in both revenue and titles, with 27 World Series championships and 40 American League pennants. Throughout its existence, the team has had some of the most celebrated players in Major League history, including Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Joe DiMaggio, Mickey Mantle, and Yogi Berra. Forty-three Yankees players and eleven Yankees managers have been inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame, and the team has retired the numbers of 16 people.

The Yankees have achieved widespread popularity and a dedicated fanbase, although during the era of ownership by George Steinbrenner, they acquired a polarizing reputation from heavy spending on player salaries for the sake of recruiting top talent. Their rivalry with the Boston Red Sox is arguably the fiercest and most historic in North American professional sports. TEAM NICKNAMES
The "Yankees" name is often shortened to "the Yanks." Their most prominently used nickname is "the Bronx Bombers" or simply "the Bombers", a reference to their home and their prolific hitting. A less used nickname is "the Pinstripes", in reference to the iconic feature on their home uniforms. Critics often refer to the team and the organization as "the Evil empire", a term applied to the Yankees by Boston Red Sox president Larry Lucchino in a 2002 interview with the New York Times. A term from the team's tumultuous late 70's, "the Bronx Zoo", is sometimes used by detractors, as well as the "Damn Yankees," after the musical of the same name. These have both been embraced by fans.

SONGS
The official fight song for the Yankees is "Here Come the Yankees", written in 1967 by Bob Bundin and Lou Stallman. While it is not used as often, it is still heard frequently in instrumental form, most prominently in radio broadcasts. Another song strongly linked to the team is "New York, New York", which is played in the stadium after home games. The Frank Sinatra cover version is traditionally played after victories, and the Liza Minnelli original version after losses. When the Yankees take the field before the start of every game, 2 Unlimited's "Get Ready For This" is played, with the fans usually clapping along. When the Yankees score a run at home, a short snippet of 2 Unlimited's "Workaholic" containing the bell chime of Westminster Quarters is played.

In England the statistics are available from Premier League until the 7. leagues, (conference and so on) . Now you find international friendlies and the European Championship 2012 in the app.
Also you find stats for Champions League and Europa League.

For each league you can find the table and the playing schedule of the current season. For the current matchday detailed statistics for each match are obtainable. For each match, there are Head 2 Head comparisons. The teams are contrasted with each other and the goals as well as the goals against are going to be compared. In addition, the trend of the last matches is readable. Five stars cater for a simple overview, which team has been better in the comparing statistics.

After the games you find the lineup, cards and scorer for all games. Also you find every substitution for the games. So you have the pregame and after game information in this app.

The statistics constitute a must-have for each football fan! In what form is my favourite team? What can be said about the rival? Will there be a home victory? Or rather an away win? Will there be a defeat for my team? This app assists in the opinion formation before the match and it also shows the results after the match.
