The DU Waterfowler’s Journal is the only app designed exclusively for waterfowl hunters to keep a detailed log of each trip to the field. Whether you’re new to waterfowl hunting or a seasoned pro, you can document the most important elements of every hunt with this unique app.

Use the DU Waterfowler’s Journal App to:

• Log the number of birds harvested, broken down by season, species and sex

• Read waterfowl identification characteristics to help you identify birds in the fields.

• Record hunt location including city, state and other details such as blind locations, field names, etc.

• Enter detailed weather conditions (wind, temperatures, precipitation, etc.)

• Make personal notes about your hunt

• Take and store photos of your hunt

• View and edit journal entries from previous hunts

By recording your hunting dates, locations, weather conditions and harvest logs, you’ll gain valuable insight that can educate and help you plan future hunts. It’s also a great way to capture and reflect back on the special moments that take place every hunting season.

App Notes:

• Once you download the app, you’ll be asked to create an account (email and password). This will allow us to provide you with access to your journal information on the Ducks Unlimited website as part of a future enhancement.

• This app requires an Internet connection.

Good app, needs a few features. Really like that I now have a way to track our hunts. Would be nice to have the ability to have stats such as averages for number of birds, temp, sighting time, as well as count goose numbers. Good start to a great product!!!! Great basic journal for duck hunters. Needs to have goose numbers and stats as well. Needs query feature for ratios and statistical data for totals.

You want journal I wanted to journal my hunts this year. I can do this while I hunt with very good information on the day as well.simple to use.

Good, but some flaws Excellent way to journal your hunts and keep track of conditions and trends. Sometimes it requires me to log out and then log back in before retrieving logs. Would be nice if it saved the logs locally as well as in the cloud. With a few more tweaks and polish this will be a 5 star app. Installed on a Bionic.
