CacheMaid is a tool for geocachers that runs on Android devices. It will show information about caches and let you navigate to them using the built in GPS and compass. CacheMaid has support for paperless caching and offline maps.
If you are a Premium Member at geocaching.com you can create pocket queries. The geocaching.com site will regulary send you emails containing responses to your queries. CacheMaid polls your email account as often as you wish and looks for emails containing GPX files which are imported automatically.
