[2012-10-28] A Google User: Actual Ring Bell and 10 Sec. Warning Didn't quite know just how out of shape I got until a true 1 min rest. The 10 sec. warning is a GREAT feature. First time I heard it, I went back in time 25-years and was digging-in against my bag. LOL! |
