4 man flag football is a game of speed and finesse. These plays are designed to maximize your team's speed and quickness. The are various formations provided with the app:
Spread - 1 receiver on each side of center lined up outside.
Twins - 2 receivers on one side lined up outside.
Tight - 1 receiver lined up next to the center, other receiver lined up outside.
Bunch - both receivers lined up next to center (either on one side or on each side)
Handoff - not really a formation, just options to utilize the handoff if you league allows it.
