Funny, Detailed, Great! Good quality RPG with wit and brains. Lighthearted narrative with an exciting storyline. Fun game. Will buy the rest once I work my way into the payment process.

Captivating Adventure I have never seen a D&D adventure put into such an entertaining format. Excellent for those interested in fantasy-based role-playing, who lack access to a group to play with. I will definitely be purcchasing the proceeding volumes soon.

English is a second language ? I suppose all of the five star raters ignored the grammatical errors and spelling errors and/or are not fans of literature. Seriously. Thought I'd love it, by page 15 I gave up.

Well written and highly enjoyable. Great fun! Brings back some old memories. Some very enjoyable dialogue. Will purchase Volume 2 to see if it is worth pursuing.

Nice, but... A nice little game and had all the elements of a proper CYOA, however I do have a few nitpicks.. for one I felt a lot of the choices for survival were based more on simple guessing than on what was really logical; the main characters fell a bit flat at times for me and I didn't really care for them the way I wanted to; a lot of the humor felt a bit misplaced, but that's just my taste I guess and; no female option. :P Other than that, it was good.

Short and low on choices after awhile Although short this is cus it's free. The other chapters are much longer. The choices are quite frequent to begin with but then dwindle after awhile however I still enjoyed the story and the fact you get to make your own choices made it that more interesting.

Old style gamebook If you ever played a gamebook, you will feel at home here. Nice introduction to a larger story, there are a few good choices to make. It requires careful management of health and mana. It is a bit on the short side, but it is replayable to get a better score.
