Capital is a scarce resource. Every government needs money and there are three sources to get it from. Taxation, International Market Loans and the GOTCHA Monetary Fund! No matter the source, you MUST get the MONEY! GMF Banks are eager to lend your government. Can your Ministries avoid that?
In this puzzle game you have to raise capital from the two other sources and use it to take down the GMF Banks. Beware though, the same applies to the GMF Banks too. They also raise money and when the amount is greater than or equal to a predefined threshold value, they can take down your Ministries! This game can have only ONE winner!!
