Egyptica is a turn based strategy game, set in Ancient Egypt. The task is to build cities and armies and unite Upper and Lower Egypt, as well as destroying other enemy civilizations and collecting five mystic crystals. But watch out, because your enemies seek the crystals too and they will think nothing of destroying you to get them.
You can build many different kinds of soldiers, from spearmen to chariots, to siege rams, and build improvements for your cities. It is important to manage your cities well, keeping them defended and the population happy and well-fed. To aid you in this you can build farms, mines and pyramids. To add more fun, you can also build walls to surround your cities and carve up the land, to prevent enemies from attacking. You can also pen your enemies in with walls to give you the edge.
The game stars four civilizations, Upper Egypt, Lower Egypt, and the lost civilizations of Atlantis and Mu. The game is set before the dawn of history and continues until one civilization is the victor.
