DopeWars is an Android port of a classic old DOS game.

New site: http://www.daverin.com/dopewars. I'm trying to revive this version of DopeWars using a wholly new codebase that will fix lots of bugs and add lots of new features. It'll take a little while but I'll make unsigned test versions available on that site.

Application Dies The application lets me get to the end of any game I play. When I hit menu and select end game on my new Verizon Samsung Galaxy III the application is forced to close. The phone provides an option to report the error which I have adobe at least three times. I ignore the problem most of the time. No one has responded to my reports to date. I've played more than 25 games and I've yet to record a high score because the program is forced to close before the game can end. This was a favorite for years.

The best but could be much better Leaderboard is broken probably due to hacks, not perfect but probably the best version for android. I probably play it more than any other game on my phone. It's ugly on a tablet though. Drug pricing is as I remember it, but there are a few gameplay inconsistencies.

Good ol' Dope Wars Started playing this in the Palm Pilot years. Happy to rediscover it. Funny random lines and would surprise you with a prompt to make your own, too. Wish it cached a game when I accidentally press the return soft key instead of restarting. Overall, it's fun!
