Both Needleman-Wunsch and Smith-Waterman alignment options are available.
For sequences longer than 45 characters alignment identity is reported.

[2012-04-27] A Google User: Useless Can't use for any real sequence alignment. If you paste in more than 200 or so characters, you can't even see the bottom of the app anymore to hit the "align" button. Too bad too, would've been nice to check one or two sequencing results on the go. |
