[2012-11-15] Keith: Not perfect, but the best there is A couple of minor complaints that are detailed in other reviews. Landscape would be nice as would an easier interface for selecting cards. But overall a good app with timely updates, and a lot of good features. Well worth the money. |
[2012-11-12] Michael: Great Deck Builder App Used with no bugs and ran great with a good interface. |
[2012-11-06] Robert: No landscape, keeps force closing No landscape means I can't use my tablet + keyboard, which is the main way I planned to use it. Clicked on modern decks to find some fun examples, app force closed. 5 times. I got a refund and uninstalled. First app I ever refunded. Fix and ill gladly come back. |
[2012-11-02] Juan Miguel: goood great! |
[2012-10-29] Donny: Get some perspective before you review Giving one star because for one reason (the lack of landscape view) is possibly one of the dumbest moves ever. One star says the app is utterly broken and useless in all forms. It's not. Don't be a moron. Good app. |
[2012-10-21] Timothy: Love the app but... I had found this app on my iPod touch and fell in love with it. Hands down one of the best Magic the Gathering apps IMO. But once I got it for my android I can see a lot of things missing from the IOS version. does not feel the same for some reason. |
[2012-10-19] stryker999: Best MTG app out there I love decked. Well designed, well maintained, and easy to use. Buy it now! |
[2012-10-18] Bluecry: Mtgo files Enable to open and save MTGO files to and from dropbox and will get 5 stars |
[2012-10-06] TemjinZero: Features needed. Good, but missing a lot of features. Landscape mode for tablets similar to how the ipad version works. Auto-complete on search would be appreciated as well. Takes many actions to add cards to a deck. Might be faster to have a deckbuilding mode that searches and adds cards only rather than having to constant jump around. |
[2012-09-30] Alex: Amazing! Would like to be able to play tokens when testing though. |
[2012-09-29] Justin: Great App These people complaining about DB not having landscape are morons. MTG cards aren't landscape so I don't think this app has to be either. I like full screen viewing the cards. Works great on my tablet. Would like to see auto complete implemented on the name search field. Other then that no complaints from this 19 year MTG veteran. |
[2012-09-28] o4NDYo: Mehh No landscape or tablet mode. |
[2012-09-28] Sean: Fix your app for screen tilt This application only works in upright. If you rotate your device it doesn't change. This should be a basic feature. Run on an android tablet it's absolutely awful. Fix the app for tablet or landscape *or* mark it as incompatible with tablets so people don't download a broken app. |
[2012-09-26] Sara: Awesome Best MTV app ever |
[2012-09-26] Rick: Awesome Great!!! I use this all the time. Get it. You won't be disappointed. |
[2012-09-22] TranceWarp: Nice app. However, it could use prices from Star City Games as that store is generally used to price cards here. Other than that, really nice. |
[2012-09-18] Dan: Crashes when checking price of deck. When this stops crashing I will give 5 stars for sure. |
[2012-09-18] JBGecko13: Great App This app is great, I love using it to track my deck builds. |
[2012-09-18] Josh: Excellent A must have for magic players! |
[2012-09-16] Josh: Can't Save Decks I can't save a deck after the most recent update. It works great when I can however |
[2012-09-14] Ryan: Perfect for all my magic needs |
[2012-09-13] ximxchillingx: Great App Perfect for researching cards and discovering combos. One thing I wish it had was the ability to search for keywords in card text. Type in "flying" and all cards with flying in the text come up. That would rock. |
[2012-09-13] Naomii: Great. Wish I could save cards I own to a collection or something. |
[2012-09-10] Palmsguy101: User Unfriendly Not currently worth $4. Play testing is missing key card manipulation features. Too many clicks required for some functions. |
[2012-09-01] Ben: Ben Only have one problem, the purchase button doesn't work. DroidX |
[2012-08-30] Mathew: Love this app I love this app. One thing I would like to see would be an option for Commander deck building. That would earn a 5 star rating. |
[2012-08-30] Shauna: Love it! |
[2012-08-25] Ray: Pretty good I've made so many decks with this, its really good. Search for keywords, and find cards you didn't know even existed. More sorting options would be appreciated (seperate the spell types when viewing deck), but the ability to email the deck makes up for it. Definately worth the download! |
[2012-08-21] Matty: Needs a shuffle option. I bought this app mainly for deck testing. From my experiences thus far, I am not dissatisfied, but I do feel that in the actual testing windows, there should be a 'Shuffle Deck' button for those instances where you need to shuffle your deck, such as when you hit a bad Ponder and do not wish to keep the revealed cards. If added, it would make this a 5 star app. |
[2012-08-19] Devon: Great app Only down sides are no search wegit and no way to download all the HD cards for offline mode. (There was talk of this be added for a small fee to off set bandwidth witch I would be more then happy with.) |
[2012-08-14] Ben: Love it Use this for my fantasy decks, keeps track and shows all the artwork |
[2012-07-31] Ethan: A little Disappointed The app seemed great at first but the saving feature is largely unreliable, countless times I've made and save decks only to open the app a minute later completely empty, however I would still say its vastly superior to the official mtg toolbox |
[2012-07-26] Walt: Not able to work with Collections Couldn't import my eM collection using their converter. Don't even see an option to add cards to a collection. This is the only thing I needed it for, so it's useless to me. Uninstalled |
[2012-07-23] Kirby: pretty great used it to inventory my MTG collection ...unless I missed something, would be nice to have a deck build within this app that allows to create your 60 card deck by pulling out of the cards you already have. other than that I think this app rocks |
[2012-07-14] Michael: Great App! Would recommend this app to anyone. Including my wife...and that is saying a lot. Lol. |
[2012-07-13] samgarciabd: Best of the best Awesome, fast and practical. Now I just need that they implement the collections to be perfect. |
[2012-07-13] Juan: Draft? App was pretty good but didn't see the draft feature described on the website. Uninstalled |
[2012-07-11] Xain: Great Best deck building/mtg app for sure! When viewing decks it should show the name of the deck example is bw#1 it should say bwdelver or esper control ect. |
[2012-07-10] mark: Yea... Should add a life counter! |
[2012-07-09] Mike: Awesome! Best MtG app on the market! I've used several others, and this is by far the fastest loading, with the best UI. Great app! |
[2012-07-08] TheTomas: Excellent app, some crashes This is the best deck building app I've used, including the defunct deck forge. I'm getting a few crashes on jelly bean, but I have submitted crash reports, and I'm sure they will be cleared up soon. |
[2012-07-07] Juston: Great Deck App Absolutely fantastic app. |
[2012-07-06] Logan: Good This app has helped me tremendously. The deck builder is easy to use and understand quickly. The prices are from lots of different websites and even includes stores on MOTO. The card search is a tad clunky, bu it works well. Its mainly used for finding a specific card and not just browsing for a type of card. But it works well. Overall, a very good and useful app. Definitely a buy. |
[2012-07-02] Ryan: Best deck app ever Like the title says, this is the best deck app I have ever messed with. Keep it up, guys. |
[2012-06-28] Lan: Finally!!! Finally a search engine that isn't retarded. I loved using Decked Builder on the IOS, and am happy they made it for the droid market. It was the one app that kept me as an IOS customer for so long. I've even debated switching back to the IOS JUST for this app. I've purchased every MTG collection, deck builder, search engine, etc. app on the droid market and none come close to Decked Builder. To put it short, I prefer searching for MTG cards in this order: Decked Builder, Wizards' Gatherer, then all else. |
[2012-06-26] Kenzie: Best deck building app! I use this app all the time and love it. Well worth the money. |
[2012-06-25] the: Great Works great, can even allow my fiancee, who is new to magic, to make her own custom deck. Easy to use and a great all around app. |
[2012-06-21] Ossue: Fantastic app! It allows me to add all my cards I own in a nice organized list. Very organized... Well worth it if you're a huge fan. I also use it to take my whole collection anywhere and everywhere with no worries at all about damaging my cards. Trading is easy with others and double cards are stacked so it doesn't take up room when scrolling. I can build a deck I desire, ( even though I can buy the cards through this app ) I can take it to my local magic store and support them! Nice app. Wish it had life counter tho. |
[2012-06-18] Thomas: The Best Regardless of format (pc, mobile) this is the best MTG utility I've ever used. Players need to be made aware of it's availability. |
[2012-06-18] Scott: Excellent!! I also have this app installed on my iPad and MacBook pro, all of which provide a slightly better experience, but all of the tangibles are here. Great job developers!! I'm very happy you have branched out to the Android Market, as I primarily use my android mobile devices over my iOS devices. I'd you couple provide an app for PC, I'd be even happier. |
[2012-06-16] Thomas: Must have for MTG fans For me, this took the place of using MTG Tutor AND MTG Deck Forge. Well worth the money. It is such a great app. Search, Build, Test, Evolve or Revamp, Rinse & Repeat, Purchase, PWNAGE! All in one app! Uhm, why are you still reading this? You won't find the purchase button here. Go. Go now! :-) |
[2012-06-15] eric: Sweet Great. Only wish it wasn't a problem to top or future sight in the tester besides that it is worthy to be my first paid app |
[2012-06-13] Casey: So far Great! Love that there is pictures, searches, and a deck build that prices it with different sites. |
[2012-06-12] SKELET0R: Play Magic? Download this now. Absolutely fabulous app. This is the best deck building app since DeckForge, worth every penny. The scans are gorgeous, the interface is clean and simple, and the test feature means you can theoretically play a full game with nothing more than two instances of this app. Obscenely recommended. |
[2012-06-11] Jason: Awesome Loved it on my old iphone. So glad to see it here. Best by far. |
[2012-06-10] Stephen: Best by far Had this on my iPhone, and now excited to have on my Sony Xperia Play. Couldn't ask for more and a better price. |
[2012-06-06] the 6/8/2012 : Excellent Excellent app. it serves the very purpose it was made for, making my magic deck |
[2012-06-02] Kyle: Deckbuilding excellance This is by far the most used app on my phone. Runs great even on my less-than-beefy HTC Wildfire S. Database is cached, so you can perform searches without needing a data connection. And the deck testing feature is not to be underestimated! Very useful for goldfishing a new brew. And the multiple card pricing sources? Just icing on the cake. |
[2012-06-01] Joseph: Really great. The search functions which include searching cards by game format are awesome. Add to that the locally stored card database and this app is a keeper! |
[2012-06-01] ptrent: The BEST & I tried most others So great, I paid again for Android version. I tried & paid for most others, both Android & Apple versions, but they can't compare to FEATURES, SPEED & STABILITY of Decked Builder ! |
