QuintessArt Games is a version of QuintessArt (our Virtual Museum & Art Gallery for Art Lovers) dedicated to Games with paintings of greatest Masters of history.

QuintessArt Games is an edutainment application that ables to discover, via games, more than 1600 paintings of greatest masters like Claude Monet,Edouard Manet,Gustave Courbet,Leonard de Vinci,Vincent Van Gogh,Paul Gauguin,Gustave Klimt,Camille Corot,Johannes Vermeer,Paul Cezanne,Edgar Degas,Eugene Delacroix,Francisco Goya,Diego Velasquez,Rembrandt,Sandro Boticelli,Eugene Boudin,Brueghel,Gustave Caillebotte,Le Caravage,Camille Pissarro,Rubens,Tintoret,Auguste Renoir...and more coming soon.

At the beginning of the application, it will copy (offline) all necessary content in your SDCard (database+ldpi thumbnails) in quintessart folder.

This version proposes the following games :

*Quiz with questions about currents and painters with associated thumbnails and possibility to see and zoom on details of the associated paintings in higher resolution; questions are drawn at random and when you restart the same Quiz, answers are also redrawn :-)

*"Find the Intruder !" which is a "Spot the Odd one Out " like game in which you have to identify 1 or 2 or ...8 paintings of a given master among a set of paintings from other painters; educative, informative as you can see informations/see the associated paintings in the gallery tab & shuffle through all available thumbnails (1700 available :-) for this version); a new design is also proposed for the display in grid view; you can share your scores

*Memory: discover pairs of paintings among a set of 1600+ available from 26 different painters; restart the level you want (10 levels available) and submit your highscores :-); you can see the associated paintings or informations about each paintings discovered in the same time you are playing

All paintings discovered from Quiz and Find the Intruder are gathered to your Win List. This Win List is on the main page of the application and constitute your collection (that can be submitted to OpenFeint to reach achievements).

More games will be integrated :-)

Sheep-O-Rama is an addictive puzzle game with funny sheep animations and sheep sounds.

The aim of the game is to clear the board in given time, level per level. Two or more sheep of the same colour, placed next to or on top of each other, will dissolve. During a level you can shake the device 3x so the sheep will be shuffled. Complete all levels to beat the online leaderboard.

Shishen sho is a japanese tile-based puzzle game similar to Mahjong. This game uses cool smileys and emoticons instead of the mahjong tiles.

Objective:
Clear all the tiles in pairs.

Rules:
- Remove matching tiles in pairs. (Select one and then another)
- Tiles must connectible by a atleast 3 connected lines.
- The connecting lines can pass outside the game area but not through a non-matching tile.
- The connecting lines Lines cannot be diagonal and must be straight.

Beginner hints:
- Two adjacent matching tiles are connectible.
- Two matching tiles on the border (left/right/top/bottom) can always be connected.

Requirements:
- Touchscreen
- Android verion 2.1 or higher

Author's Note

This is a demo app. I will be adding more options in higher versions; like gravity, sounds, option to save game during a call interrupt, hints, difficulty levels, pick random photos from your sd card for tile display, timer, score etc.

Rule the Kingdom of Sumeria by managing your precious resources: land, people, and food.

During each year of your reign (typically 10 years), your steward, Hammurabi, will ask you the following questions:

2) HOW MANY ACRES DO YOU WISH TO SELL?
