Игровое поле представляет собой 25 маленьких квадратов, выстроенных 5х5. В третьей строке поля записывается слово из 5 букв. Игроки ходят по очереди, записывают любую букву алфавита в любую пустую клетку, смежную с заполненными. Легким движением руки игрок проводит по буквам и добавляет пустую клетку, чтобы немедленно заполнить ее из открывающегося алфавита и составить новое слово.
