Stinky Pinky is a word game in which a pair of phrase words/descriptions are given and whose answer is a pair of rhyming words. For example, given the definition "Smelly Finger", the intended answer would be "Stinky Pinky".
It is a word game which has gained much popularity through the radio show Loveline with Dr. Drew & Psycho Mike. It is also accompanied with the theme music of epic sax guy.
