Needs snapping and/or fine tuning capabilities. Last 'cut' isn't undoable. Suggest allowing user to place line and then 'cut' in 2 separate steps.

Interesting puzzle! 5 stars if it were easier to slice with accuracy or could pick which line to undo, and retry went back to what you submitted
