Tic-tac-toe, though seems simple has 19,683 possible board layouts and 362,880 different sequences for placing Xs and Os on board, without taking into consideration winning combinations. Ignoring the sequence of Xs and Os, and after eliminating symmetrical outcomes, there are only 138 unique outcomes.
