Tic Tac Toe with a literal twist.  The grid rotates after each move, requiring you to think ahead.  Location 1 moves to location 2 etc.  Each game starts with a random placement of the grid.

Rotating into a Tic Tac Toe is scored higher than a normal score.

There are four versions of the game, and two computer levels.
