Hex is a board game for two players on a board with 11x11 cells. The red player trys to connect the two red borders with a chain of red cells by coloring empty cells red, while the blue player trys the same with the blue borders.

[2013-05-16] A Google User: Works fine, UI is okay, but easy to beat It's easy to play. The UI is straight forward. It worked without problem. However, the advertising banner on the top is really obnoxious (on a tablet). In my case, it kept scrolling "save your soul" advertisements. It's free of course, so you get what you pay for. The AI is easy to beat. After just 4 or 5 games, I was beating "hard" most of the time, but not all, so it was still worth playing. |

[2013-03-10] A Google User: Decent AI Board is low Res blurry. Can't set board size. Can't find how to play two player. But still, at least you can practice against the AI. |

[2012-08-06] A Google User: Excellent on Nexus 7 It plays quite a hard game even on easy, but I can beat it. I once wrote an App for this for a BBC Micro that was published on a free floppy disc with an over the counter magazine. Excellent mathematical strategy game. |
