Like this a lot. Games have a human feel. Would like resign button and request stalemate. Impossible positions seem to play on forever. also, this seems to be keeping tablet from sleeping which can drain the battery if you put it down assuming it is going to time out ...

Security Threat My Android security scanner went off as soon as I opened this app. THIS APP CONTAINS MALWARE/SPYWARE! Anyone with an Android Security app should run a scan on their phone. Btw malware and spyware are not the same as a virus, so if you're app only scans for viruses it won't find other security threats. I've never had my security app go off since I installed it months ago and I've downloaded a ton of apps since. No point to keep a risky app if there are a ton of safe alternatives.

960 Thanks for the 960 support, game is solid and while UI needs a few more tooltips and reorganizing, If the deveeoper offered this exact version as a paid app I would not hesitate to purchase it. Feature request, is there a way to replay a given 960 setup? Shredder allow you to enter a seed number, something like that would be great, thank you! Edit thank you for the new 960 seed feature!

One of the best. This app is one of the best I've seen for Android. The one feature I've seen in another app that is missing here is the ability to have engines play each other. Other than that there is no reason to install any of the other chess apps out there.

I like it... For all the blitz chess players out there - you should try the "The Mastermind" for a multiplayer challenge with chess-like time limits and nice graphics. It is very much like the blitz chess for me and I love it! There is also a game mode for kids to learn.

Excels. This is one of the better programs suited to the import and export of pgn game files. Games are easily stored and transferred...The only real area for improvement would be making the GUI more intuitive for advancing prior games, move-by-move. All around, the best program for recording and keeping your chess games.

Very Good 5 star!!!! The best you can get for free. The AI is quite developed..and while the graphics is not extraordinary, it will do. You can play online too (apart from a two player mode or against the CPU). Wish they had added a feature to play against another player over bluetooth.
