AndroidKnight is a chess game designed specifically for your Android platform.
It features 3D graphics (via OpenGL ES), compass support, unlimited undo, and of course computer AI. The menu interface is very intuitive by preserving the Android's look and feel.
The computer AI comes in three difficulty levels.
