'NemoNemo Picross' is the famous game also known as Hanjie, Paint by Numbers, pixel puzzles, Pic-a-Pix, griddlers, Shady Puzzles, nonogram.

It's a logic puzzle, your goal is to figure out the position of filleds and empties in the while grid.
