The sequel of PewPew is there!
PewPew 2 is the best multidirectional shoot them up on Android.
Expect retro graphics, megatons of enemies, and a frame rate achieved by no other game (except PewPew).

There are seven game modes, a campaign with 3 levels of difficulties so even the weakes... *AHEM*
So even the strongest of you will have some challenge!

And then there are the new un-lockable ships and the new music (downloadable for free at http://onurmusic.com/pewpewost/).

-frames per seconds (a LOT)
-8 games modes (2 of which must be unlocked)
-8 unlockable ships with offensive defense (bullets shot in every direction when hit).

A few notes:
-On older devices kill as many background app you can, this can considerably increase the smoothness.
-Seriously, kill them all.
-On some devices (such as the Nexus One) the touch screen has trouble handling touches on the same horizontal or vertical axis. That is why by default the joysticks are in diagonal. You can try moving the joysticks to the bottom using the settings menu, but it might result in poor controls.

Confliction I love this game. I updated it as you do, and since i have i cant control the spaceship, it just goes to the bottom right and it shoots in whatever direction it feels... and what is with the glitchy tacky force feild around the ship?. I do love this game but at the moment, i am disheartened. As soon as this is fixed all will be good

Most fun i've had: Xperia Play Thnx 4 optimizing it, and i thing its the best game i have, asides from pew pew 1 but... you should make it easier to unlock medals... i think its very hard but still 5 stars

One of the best games I've played for Android This game is, bar none, one of the best games I've played for Android. The various modes of play are well thought out, the gameplay is smooth and addictive, and the graphics are unique and interesting. While some of the modes are the same as in the first PewPew, the extensive campaign mode is not, and there are three more modes in Infinity Mode that make the game more than worth the price of admission. I've played this game for hours and hours, and it's always fun to try to beat your previous scores.

This version has NO ADS & a great Mission mode. Shoot everything on the standard Infinity modes or run mazes & dodge new enemies in the Mission storyline! High speed action & psychedelic retro graphics. Radiant can't compete. Still my favorite action game after over a year. (Hint: Hug empty walls & use cover to avoid debris stars from Green Squares, Penta & Hex.) TEN STARS!

Great arcade shooter This little geometry wars clone is one of my favorite games for android. Quite simple but challenging, impossible to master. My only gripe is occasionally the controls malfunction, however, if you take your fingers off the screen it pauses and your issue is solved.

Crazy awesome My phone's confused right now. Dual-core 1 Ghz and I'm playing what looks like something out of atari. But old school is where it's at. Missions are varied and interesting. The pandemonium mode is a kaleidoscopic joy, as always. Worth the upgrade.

Used to be great Now virtually unplayable on Razr. Controls very "hitchy", i.e. straying just a bit far from controllers stops action, or kicks you off to home menu. Scrolling ship up is much slower than going down. Used to be a favorite go-to game. Now I avoid. Frustrating!

So good This is the best Android arcade shooter. There is no competition. The only travesty is that the developer HASN'T MADE A THIRD ONE! Unfortunately, the music still doesn't work with my Optimus 2X (even after the recent patch), although sound effects and shooting sounds do. Disappointing since the music was my favourite part of the first one.

Great! I love it but, sometimes the controls can be a bit buggy in this version. PewPew doesn't seem to have this problem though. However this is a great sequel to PewPew and features campaign mode, and three more "infinite" modes adding on to Pandemonium, Assault, Asteroids, etc. It also features many more ships to be achieved. The difficuly is very high though. not enough shields for boss battles. either that or the bosses need to be nerfed a bit. A version for PC would be much better, with WASD for movement and mouse for aiming in my opinion. Well worth the three dollars.

Highway way too difficult. I have 8 ships unlocked. I am now stuck on trying to get gold on Highway, but its actually more just frustrating than challenging, having 20+ enemies that take 5 or 10 hits to kill bouncing around in such a small space with another 40 1-hit enemies circling around on both sides at high speed while trying to catch an orb that runs AWAY from you? Once you get to 4000 points there's virtually no space to move anymore, catching the orb just becomes a tedious game of hoping and waiting. Cut us a bit of slack pls

5 stars Love the game! Its like mobile geo wars. However. In campaign 3 there is the final ship to defeat amalgam. Do we get to see that one in infinity mode?? IS that the 9th unlockable ship?? Quits to home screen on razr maxx Game works perfectly on my incredible and tons of fun. I just bought a razr maxx and the game randomly boots me to the home screen and the phone becomes unresponsive to touch until i lock the phone. :(

Good game, poor controls Bought this sequel after thoroughly enjoying first one. The controls are buggy; the game keeps auto-pausing constantly because for some reason it doesn't register my left thumb properly. Very frustrating and I won't be playing it again until the developer fixes it. Problem seems to get worse about 2 minutes into a round and then it is unplayable. Pew Pew 1 has absolutely no issues. HTC Vivid on Gingerbread.
