Ok game needs fixing

Can't get it to start. It just pops up a window that says: Info Please update to the latest version of Hyperspace. When I press OK it shuts down. I un-install and re-install and get the same message over and over. Maybe they're trying to force us to pay the $4.07 before we can look at it.
