What is Augmented Reality (AR)?
Augmented Reality is the concept of superimposing virtual content (such as rich 3D graphics) on top of a view of the real world as seen through your phone's camera.
Fly your helicopter through an immersive 3D environment as you take the lead on an exciting rescue missions.
Just download the AR marker and play!
Tips
*Please be aware that not all devices will have the hardware and software requirements to play this game*
Print the AR marker that you will find in our website www.ardropdefender.com, place it on a table or floor and start the game. The game will let you know when you need to start using the marker, point your camera to the marker and enjoy the game!
The reason why this app requires permissions like network, wifi, and internet. is because the QCAR package needs to download some camera parameters from their server the first time this app is run.
This app runs on ARMv7 processors only. This is a Unity3d limitation, not Qualcomm QCAR.
For best performance, disable any persistent location or intensive services.

[2012-07-02] Jonathan: Great looking but issue Great looking game and probable be superior game. BUT....the requirement of marker and it constantly checking for that marker while playing is a huge negative. It be like trying to play a Nintendo DS while keeping a camera on backside focus on an image constantly. That is not practical for anyone. Nice try to promote a good group but a huge slap in face for the developer. |
