BladeQuest is a new turn-based RPG currently in development. Modeled after the 8- and 16-bit classics you love, our goal is to return to basics with a strong emphasis on engaging story, charming characters, and evocative art and music that will immerse you in the nostalgia of that golden age.

BladeQuest is developed by Dapper Hat Games, a three-person team dedicated to recreating the fun of the classics and disregarding any fear of unoriginality.

Good but I cannot for the life of me get past the guards in the beginning. I get near the staircase and the guard you cant see always gets me! Fffuuuuuu

Annoying Takes forever to load when zoning. Bug on second guard makes it impossible to pass. Randomly closes. No menu outside battle. Wtf!

Meh Boring. Controls are clunky, no real instructions for controls. After dying repeatedly to poison because you can only cure yourself in combat, I quit.

Very impressive Really looking forward to see what gets added in the future, as a huge RPG fan I wanted a decent retro style RPG to play on my phone, I can tell that this is going to be it.

Shining Final Dragon Phantasy Warrior Quest??? Awesome. Glad to finally see a demo. I love the dialogue and the classic dungeon escape set piece. Stealth sequences are a little overused, but I guess that's the point, right? Plz add SFX in a future version! Also, is the music going to be downloadable? Love the sneaky dungeon music. Can't wait for the final game!
