Battery problems This great game has one very big disadvantage. .. It depletes your battery even when you're not playing! At this moment it takes up 40% of my battery. Even more then my screen takes. Two stars only for the game itself, as it is really great!

Samsung Galaxy S3 Simply brilliant port. Loved this on my SNES, this port has great - game play, graphics (great for its time) and sound! A must for real gamers.

Great game, missing some aspects Would have liked out of this world included, and the lack of original music from the amega cd disappoints me, let alone music atall. The final cut cut scene is very disappointing as im used to the sega cd's version. You made a great effort at a port to smartphones, i just think you honestly could have done alot better. If you want a great puzzle solving game to bide your time for hours pick this one up, but if you want to see this gane the way it was meant to be seen pick up a sega cd emulator.

Nice port I am impressed with this version of Out of This World. It looks and feels as I remember the original did. The controls have been reworked in a way that is intuitive, but not always responsive enough. I am pleased that DotEmu has continued to release updates since I purchased the game. The graphics are crisp on my device. Its too bad the upscaled graphics suffer from such poor frame rates. The way this port tracks game progress is preventing me from getting past a certain point about 2/3 of the way through.

If you don't give up easily... Games like this are the only ones that really interest me. Without modern graphics and. gameplay, you fill in the blanks yourself; it's easier to get lost in a world that you yourself have partially created. Yes, the controls are a mystery and the difficulty is punishing. But there's a sense of curiosity that will keep you playing just to see what's on the next screen. For those who want to play a true antique original, 5 stars.

Great game, ok controls. First time playing this game and it is completely refreshing. Not your typical platformer. How could I have missed out on this game for so many years?! Very challenging while being rewarding. But the controls are a different story. They work (d-pad control style). Sometimes when you want to run, you walk. Other times, the opposite. A dedicated jump button might be nice (as a type b style). The achievement menu tries to open but doesn't. Doesn't matter, but lowered the perceived app value.

Dear devs: use your words I *have* played the original, and my complaint with controls is their attempt to use only pictographs to document them (to save localization effort). Their description on how to fire the gun, for example, is incomprehensible.

Incredible, slow controls though This game is still amazing. I played it all those years back and I just remember it fondly. This port is really true to the original even with the tough controls. The controls can be a little hard especially in fire fights and such. When you need to quick its really annoying when the controls don't respond but when you get use to it, it gets better. Old school flavor is back! I remember playing this game on my Sega Genesis until my fingers bled. Yes, the game had been reproduced 100%, including the frustrating controls; for those of you complaining about the controls, take solace on the fact that the game was just as difficult then as it is now.

Perfect remake, loved every minute of it Not sure why others are complaining about the controls.. the only minor issue I had was that the 'up' and 'down' controls seemed to be hard to activate at times. Once I got used to where to touch, it was fine. (Didn't try the touch controls as I prefer on-screen dpads for this type of game.) Very faithful remake, and I found myself remembering most of the 'puzzles' from playing this 20 years ago. Only got stuck twice, both 'duhhh' moments! Well worth the money and do persist with the controls.. it's meant to be hard... it's a game from when games were actually challenging and didn't hand everything to you on a silver platter. Amazing game reborn This classic plays great on mobile devices. Those saying the controls ruin the game must not have played it on pc or console.
