HTC Desire owners: this game seems to crash a lot on your type of phone. Help me to get the game running correctly. If it crashes then please send me the logs.
This 3D Space game is based on the classic 8-bit open ended space trading game created in 1984 by Ian Bell and David
Braben, "Elite".
Controls
When Docked
track-pad/arrows Change menu selection. Move cursor on chart screen.
press-track/Fire Accept current menu/panel selection. View planet information on chart screen.
Back Cancel/go back to previous menu/Hide Trading Panel. Return chart cursor to current planet on chart screen.
Touch Show Trading Panel, change current panel selection. Move cursor on chart screen (touch lower part of the screen to show menu on charts)
Menu Show options screen for Save, Load and Options
Long-press Chart screen: calculate the best route to the target planet.
When in space
Tilt Fly ship. tilt forward/back for dive/climb, roll left/right for roll.
Reset-Tilt Set the tilt center to the current position
Trackball press/Fire Fire laser (if fitted).
Back Hide Flight Panel. Reselect the current panel selection.
Touch Show Flight Panel, current panel selection.
Menu Show options screen for Quick Save, Video options, Quit.
Long-press Enable Galactic Hyperspace icon on Flight Panel (if fitted). Long press on the main screen.
up/down arrows Increase and decrease speed.
Swipe up/down/left/right if the swipe is on the main screen, changes to that view
swipe up/down if the swipe is over the speed arrows, will increase to the maximum speed or decrease to the minimum
Long-press on the speed arrows, this makes the speed arrow sticky (increase/decrease to max/min speed)
