A tornado warning (SAME code: TOR) is an alert issued by government weather services to warn that severe thunderstorms with tornadoes may be imminent. It can be issued after a tornado or funnel cloud has been spotted by eye, or more commonly if there are radar indications of tornado formation. When this happens, the tornado sirens may start going off in that area, letting people know that a tornado was seen or is forming nearby. Issuance of a tornado warning indicates that residents should take immediate safety precautions. It is a higher level of alert than a tornado watch, but it can be surpassed by an even higher alert known as a tornado emergency. This app brings you up to date information on warnings through out the world.

Let the Bikini clad weather girl tell you the current weather. This is like a standard weather app except instead of the standard sun icon for sunny and rain icon for rain. There is a picture of a bikini girl with an umbrella in the rain for rain, and in a bikini on the beach for sunny. Ok, the idea falls down in snow and bad weather, but you still get a girl in a bikini - I'm sure you wont mind ;-)

UK Weather offers quality Weather Forecasts and Rain Radar Displays using the very latest Met Office Data.
Forecast information is displayed in tabulated form for your local town or city and is also shown with any current Weather Warnings on real MetOffice maps covering both your region and the whole UK.
In addition, your favourite towns or regions can be saved in a readily available list to quickly access the Maps, Weather Warnings or Weather Data most important to you, while you are also alerted with Weather Warnings from your current location on your phone’s notification bar.
Easy access to the Met Office’s Rain Radar, Visible cloud and Infrared cloud overlays over google maps is also provided.
