FastWeather is a weather application which allows you to obtain the forecasts on 4 days from all your favourite cities, whether it is in USA, United Kingdom or abroad. Wanting at once light and fast, this application delivers you in a blow of eye the weather conditions of all cities. The application works with an Edge, 3G or WIFI connection, does not require a huge connection speed and guarantees you the management of a large number of cities in the same time.

FastWeather takes its informations from the flow xml GoogleWeather, used in widgets iGoogle on the personalized homepage. Places are kept in memory to update all your forecasts in a single click. It is also possible to back up your favourites and reload them later.

For ever more simplicity, it is possible to localize you to obtain directly the weather report of the place where you are. A system of announcement is available to remain informed of the conditions, although it arrives.

FastWeather is thus a fast, simple, reliable but also complete weather client thanks to all its features: management of several cities at once, geo-localization, memorization of cities, forecasts in announcement.

Ad-free version of Hurricane Hound!  In addition to more no ads, we've added support for current radar and weather satellite overlays.  Radar is available currently from US based radars, satellite coverage is most of the Atlantic and Eastern Pacific basins.  

Hurricane tracking on a Google Maps background. Shows the tracks and forecasts of active hurricanes tropical storms. Also highlights areas the National Weather Service (NWS) is watching for possible development. Covers the Atlantic and Eastern Pacific Basins. Provides access to NWS forecast information including tropical outlooks and discussions, public advisories, forecasts, and satellite imagery.  Also includes up-to-date US radar and weather satellite data.

The toolbar on the left allows you to toggle on or off each of the storm, radar, and weather satellite layers.

Check out the options -- you can select the ocean basins you are interested in, choose between three graphical themes, and select your preferred wind speed units.

PixWeather is a fun little widget application which allows users to set pictures as their wallpaper with respect to changes in weather condition.


How to Guide:

To set the wallpapers with the weather, do the following:
1. click on setwallpaper
2. click on image to view the image
3. Long click on the Image to set the right weather tag
4. save your settings via the save button

Wallpapers changes when weather update has been refreshed and tagged images are shown.

*please note*

- PixWeather uses Google Weather Forecast
- for PixWeather to work effectively, please set wallpaper for only one location(Users Current Location).
- Large resolution pictures are usually the best to prevent blurring when set as Wallpaper.
- Pictures must be stored in sdcard
- Untagging Images will remove all tags and have to be set again
- to show the settings page from the widget, click on the city name
- to show forecast information, click on the image icon
