Get your time and local weather information presented together right on your Android home screen! Now you can view your local time along with detailed weather information, including today’s hi / lo, 4-day forecast and more. Plus, add even more widgets to your home screen for additional locations… as many as you like!

To add this widget to your Android home-screen, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the home screen of the Android device (Press the “Home” key).

2. Make sure that that half of the screen is free from icons - WeatherBug Time & Temp widget is large.

3. Choose an empty space for your widget. Tap the space and hold your finger there (long press) until the menu appears. Alternatively, you can press the “Menu” button and then press the “Add” button that should now be available on the screen.

4. Both methods should have resulted in a pop-up menu-window labeled “Add to Home screen”. Tap the menu item labeled “Widgets”.

5. Navigate through the list of installed widgets and select "WeatherBug Time & Temp" to place on the home screen.

6. Click on  and you will add it to your home screen.

7. Press the “Home” key. The WeatherBug Time & Temp widget should appear on the home screen.

8. To relocate the widget, tap it and hold your finger down. Now you should be able to drag it to the location on the screen that you want.

WIDGETS GENERAL

Widgets on Android work a bit differently than a normal application. Unlike regular programs they don't just install themselves in the application tray so you have to add them manually. They will not open or launch.
Here's how to add a widget on your Android home screen.

STEPS HOW TO ADD A WIDGET
==========================
1.On your Android home screen, tap any blank or “empty” area with size 4x2 and hold down your finger.
2.An “Add to Home screen” window will pop up. From that window, tap “Widgets”.
3.You’ll be presented with a list of all the installed Widgets on your Android device.
4.Select the clock to add to your home screen by tapping it.

Notes

"Time frozen/not updating"-> taskiller killed the clock(exclude it from taskillers)
When phone starts, clock starts in less than a min too.

ROM users-> make sure the clock is NOT moved on SD card.
Widgets are not supposed to be on SD card. Move it back to the phone storage.

Weather hint: For world destinations with two words in the name, type in the box the words with a plus sign.
For example "Buenos Aires" type "Buenos+Aires",remember the "+" sign -no spaces, don't include the quotes.

The desktop widget comes in two sizes, 2x1 and 4x1. Its background also changes depending on the weather, for example, the colder it is outside the more the icon freezes up. If you want to leave your background as it is, select the transparent widget background option. You can change the level of transparency in the settings menu. You can also select how often weather information should be updated or manually install updates. 기상청의 일부 도시코드가 바뀌면서 기존에 백업해둔 즐겨찾는 지역 DB를 사용할 수 없습니다. 업데이트 후 지역을 새로 추가하고 백업 역시 새로 해야 합니다. 기존의 DB를 사용하면 지역명에 'null' 이 뜨고 네트워크 오류가 발생합니다.
