EmWeather is a free, open-source (GPL), Canadian weather app that uses weather feeds from Environment Canada.

Em Weather provides current weather conditions as well as long term forecasts at a glance. Widgets are available in several different sizes and are highly customizable.

Having troubles Wont work on my note 2, or the nexus 7 tablet. Update after the update. App still dies on bith my devices.. sorry . Better luck next time. It works untill the screen rotates.

Incomplete forecasts The weather details box prematurely cuts off the forecast info on longer forecasts. I reported it to the developer several times in order to help fix it. It was never fixed and now the app hasn't been updated in nearly a year. Use "Canadian Weather" by "Simugo" instead.

EM WEATHER ROCKS!!! Thank you very much - no ads, no links, no fuss, just meat & potatoes here with no hidden agenda ... You cut thru the crap & provide accurate weather when I need it most - at my finger tips! Wind Chill is a nice touch btw - thanks again! The rest of you, save yourself the headaches with the other apps & download this no frills gem ;-)

Ok It is good to have an Environment Canada app but the user interface is not very Android like having to double and triple tap for functions. Most of the time the double tap does not work. It would be better to have a menu instead.
