MyBoatShow is the official events app for The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS), The St. Petersburg Power & Sailboat Show, The Yacht and Brokerage Show in Miami Beach (YBS) and The Palm Beach International Boat Show. The MyBoatShow app is ideal for visitors to these events as it will help them to navigate these shows and find the boats and marine products they are searching for.

The application will:
* Provide event details such as event costs and times, as well as locations of rest rooms, food and drinks, show offices and bus pickup and drop-off.
* Search for the boats and yachts by size range, manufacturer and type, including their location at the show.
* Search for vendors of yachting, sailing and marine products including their booth locations.
* Provide an interactive map to help guide users at the events and provide general location of boating exhibits within the confines of the show.
* Users will be able to view different levels of detailed map views.
* Users can build a list of their favorite powerboats, sailing boats, super yachts or other marine products for future reference.
* The app has links to Facebook and Twitter and to Show Management’s YouTube Channel showing various boat show videos.
* MyBoatShow also includes a news system to provide important updates and news during the shows along with any changes to the bus schedules at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show or the busses traveling between the Yacht and Brokerage show and the Miami Boat show.

The MyBoatShow app is updated through an integration with the event’s website. As the Show Management website is updated, all relevant information is sent to their boat show app, including product pictures if available.

The app allows you to download the binary log from MTK type GPS receivers (like the iBlue 747) via bluetooth. The app can also clear the internal memory of the device.

The app can also create GPX file of the downloaded log, which can be used with for example: RMaps.

Android 2.1+ is required

The log and GPX will be saved to the internal SD card of your device

Quick Users Manual:

When you have parked your car open Parkometer AR. The app will automatically start to locate your position. If you are inside a park house, parkade or parking garage (where a GPS signal is not available) Parkometer AR will search your position in the background and will take the first valid position fix once you leave the building.

If you are using a parking meter or a parking disc you can enter how long you are planning to park your car. Parkometer AR will track the time and notifies you with an alarm when it is time to return to your car. Thereby you can forget about time and concentrate solely on your shopping or other business.

When you want to return to your car Parkometer AR will assist you in many different ways to find the way back to your car. In the main view you see a compass in the upper part and a map in the lower part. The blue arrow in the compass area points in the direction of your car. In the center of the compass you see the remaining parking time and the distance to your car. The map shows the position of your car (blue parking sign) and your position (blue arrow). The blue arrow in the map points in the direction you are facing (meaning the direction you are pointing your device at). The map display adjusts automatically, so that both positions are always within the view.

You can also switch to the Augmented Reality (AR) view. This will project the position of your car inside the camera display. Hold the device as if you would take a shot of the street. On the display you will see an arrow, which shows you in what direction you should point the device. If you do so you, a parking symbol will appear, showing the exact position of the car and the distance. Follow this parking symbol and you will reach your car.

But wait, there is more :) Parkometer AR lets you also use your favorite navigation software to guide you back to your car. Just press the shortcut icon in the main view and Parkometer AR transfers all necessary coordinates to your navigation program. With this 3 options Parkometer AR is a versatile car locator and lets you choose your favorite method.

Parkometer AR allows you to install so called Homescreen Widgets on the desktop of your device. These will show you the remaining parking time and provide instant access to the application.

This was only a brief introduction, showing you only the basics of the application. Experiment and find out what else Parkometer AR has to offer. There are quite a few things to discover...

  > Pusulayı odanın içinde gezdirin. Eğer gösterdiği yön bulunduğunuz yere göre az da değişiyorsa, etrafta pusulayı etkileyen metal cisimler var demektir.
  > Eğer konumuzun güncelse, kıblenin doğru bulunması telefonunuzun pusulasının doğru çalışmasına bağlıdır.  Bu yüzden bir kaç metre yakınınızda metal eşya olmadığından emin olun (bilgisayar, hoparlör, klima, demir yaylı kanepeler, hatta içinden inşaat demirleri geçen duvarlar ve yüksek gerilim hatları bile pusulanızı etkileyebilir)


UYARI: Bazı custom rom'larda manyetik sensörler düzgün çalışmamaktadır. Bu yüzden öncelikle Kuzeyi(N) doğru gösterdiğinden emin olunuz
