Why make this locator app when one can find them in other ways?

- Over 900 dealers in the US and Canada.
- Each dealer feature has it's own icon and filter so it's easier to find what you want. Motorcycles, service, genuine parts, clothes, rentals, fly and ride, owner chapters and classes. Not all dealers have everything so we won't send you in the wrong direction. Maybe you just need a Harley Davidson cycle branded gift for a hog fan.
- Find the nearest dealer to you right now on the map view. Tap the compass button to re-center around you at anytime. You don't need a zipcode.
- Planning ahead for other places? Type a city in the search box and jump there on the map.
- No service to display maps? Use the in-app manual lookup. This is a big reason. Other locator apps always require service. When you want to find something, you want to find it fast no matter what.

This application adds a compass to your device. It either uses the built in magnetic compass (if available) or provides a sun compass (You just have to see the sun and know the time to determine the north direction). Use it for all your outdoor activities whether it's hiking, biking or for a boy scout camp. The sun compass is not affected by magnetic anomalies.

SafeFind uses GPS and text messaging to help you quickly and easily share your location with friends.  It also lets your friends make requests for your location, which you can approve or deny with SafeFind's intuitive interface.  When a friend with SafeFind sends you their location, it appears on your map.  You can interact with the map by selecting your friends either directly on the map or in the side-scrolling list at the bottom.  When you select a friend, you can choose to request an update of their location, send them your location, share their location, see their street address, navigate to their location, or chat with them through call or sms. SafeFind also includes a feature called SmartFind that intelligently determines when you receive a text message asking for your location and notifies you.
