Out of date. Out of date rides. I waited forever at jimmy neutron because it doesn't exist anymore.

Needs update! It is usually pretty accurate with wait times. But Jimmy Neutron needs to be changed to Despicable Me - the new rise is a year old, come on. And add Transformers sometime in the near future.

Not accurate There are rides that don't even exist anymore, and rides that are missing. Updating ride times doesn't seem to effect it. Wish I could turn off GPS feature to save battery.

Useful This app is very useful. Wait times may not always be accurate, but it has nothing to do with the app.It all depends on how many guests in the park are using the app and updating the ride times. If there is only 2 people lets say in the parks; times most likely wont be accurate,but if there are lets says 100+ people using this app in the parks times will possibly be more accurate. If u dont feel the time was accurate then u should update the ride time yourself so that other people dont have the same issues.

Wait times were not correct I read reviews that said the wait times were not accurate but downlaoded it anyway. I should have listened. Not sure how often they got updated by the app but not often enough. I found them entirely inaccurate. And when I submitted a time to say a ride was down (I know for sure it was b/c my daughter was on it), it never updated. Developers should look at the WDW wait time app for Disney World. So easy to use and shows up-to-date user times and comments. Don't download this app.

Inaccurate Mostly inaccurate times, but the app can't really be blamed - Universal can't keep their own times straight. At one point during my trip, I saw a park info board next to a ride... one said 10m, the other 40m! They can't even sync themselves!

READ Its not the apps fault the times are innacurate. Ppl at the parks are supposed to change the times. Don't blame the app for ppl putting false times. When the app has predictions of whether the park is crowded or not, it comes from the park, not the app. The park provides the predictions. Don't blame the app for these things. Be happy for at least having a general idea of what the park is like.
