A regularly updated listing of current news articles concerning Museums. Individual articles are retrieved when the related Headline/Title is clicked. The listing is refreshed each time the App is launched, and the underlying database is systematically updated as new articles become available.  Articles generally address related subjects. How to:

Main Page: First configure the alert distance (30 to 300 meters). It will allow you to be signaled by a monument according to your wish. Our advice: 50m if you are by feet and 100m if you are by car.

Go: Start the geolocation
During your itinerary, you will be signaled by alerts of monuments nearby, with its history and anecdotes in Push mode.
Once activated, 2 icons will appear “Map” and “Description”

Map: Localize monuments nearby and organize an itinerary.
Descriptive: Visualize the monuments with photos and texts.
Tourism: Monument Tracker can put in you in contact with the Tourist Office of Milan.
Picture: Take pictures without having to exit the application
Search: Find out about monuments of Milan and organize your itinerary.

Monument tracker is available in many cities, find them out!

Gosmore is an off-line viewer for OpenStreetMap (OSM).
* 2D and 3D view
* Incremental searching of most names and OSM tags. For example, searching for 'restaurant' will yield the 40 closest restaurants with their names and distances.
* Routing with automatic route recalculation. Advanced tags like turn restrictions are obeyed.
* Download a city, state or country once and use it forever. Avoid roaming charges by downloading while connected to WiFi. If the connection is interrupted, the application will automatically retry until the download is complete.
* Compile your own maps with our open source tools. Add elevation contours and other details.

Requirements:
* Before using the application you will have to download between 200 and 400 MB of data to your SD card.
* 384 MB or more RAM required.

Known issues:
* Optimized for smaller displays. Text is too small and rendering is too slow on larger devices.
* Occasional crashes
* No house number search
* Coastlines are drawn incorrectly
* Text and icons appear and disappear (flash).
* Missing features. For example speed display and track recording.
* Limited documentation and support.
* Data is updated only once every 3 weeks.

Warning: Do not operate the application while driving. Always obey all traffic rules.
