Konstanz, the city of Lake Constance

Lake Constance – Lac de Constance – Lago di Costanza – the lake is named according to the city of Konstanz.
The city of Konstanz, with around 80,000 inhabitants, is not only the largest city on the lake, but also in living memory at the center of the lake between the Black Forest / Alps in the north and west and the Alps in the south and east.

Konstanz invites you at the lake with its bustling medieval old town and the perfect location as a starting point for all activities around the lake.

Konstanz is both a historic and cultural gem because of its history, the museums, the oldest active theater in Germany and the Southwest German Philharmonic Orchestra.

The Falles (in valencian) or Fallas (in Spanish) are a Valencian traditional celebration in praise of Saint Joseph in Valencia, Spain. The term Falles refers to both the celebration and the monuments created during the celebration. A number of towns in the Valencian Community have similar celebrations inspired in the original one from the city of Valencia.

Each neighbourhood of the city has an organized group of people, the Casal faller, that works all year long holding fundraising parties and dinners, usually featuring the famous speciality paella. Each casal faller produces a construction known as a falla which is eventually burnt.

This application brings you all the information about Fallas, with the following information:

- Location of the monuments on google maps by section (size of the monument).
- Design images of the monuments with will be built in the street the 15th of March.
- Agenda with time and location of fireworks, mascletas (ground fireworks), music concerts, street animation, etc.
