Very handy app Very useful app. Saves me having to have change on me for parking. Would have got a five but it is a bit slow at times and they don't really advertise the £0.30 service charge. Still worth it though.

Great Started to get annoying, keeps asking me for card details even though stored. No way to change parking from one location to another, car got towed away because system rejected payment because I had parked in same location in morning as late afternoon, seems not allowed to return within the hour, being home for 13 of them was ignored. System did not say payment refused so it cost £240 to get the car back, thanks. Jim

my life is simpler Sometimes tools come along that are well thought out and useful. This is one. Even sends receipts that I can use to claim back. Enjoy the app...but not the fact that you have to pay for parking in the first place!

A bit late lacking Love the service. Don't like the app. There's no "current location" so there's no way to confirm that the transaction completed correctly. Connection to their payment service seems to be intermittent. Messages when there are problems are unhelpful.

Ridiculous Fees The idea is great! But there's a complex and confusing activation and setup process. Additionally, I thought by using the NFC function it'd make it faster, but all it does is out in the meter number, and you have to use your CCID number every time. Plus $.35 fee, even for meter charges as low as $.25 -bad move. Good idea but cheaper to use quarters

Simply amazing! Not having change is one thing but this app definately helps out while in San Francisco! The reminder is excellent in giving you the heads up along with noting parking regulations! 5 stars no wquestions asked!

NFC? Why not QR bar code scanning?? Sure, the NFC read feature to identify the meter is the way of the future, but why why why weren't optical (camera scannable) QR codes or bar codes not offered in the meantime? Redlaser's plug-in is pretty cheap. App should also take into account time already remaining on meter from previous parker or coin payment.

Used a dozen times. Beats finding change. Fast & super easy. Parked my car for a meeting & within 15 steps parking paid! No service charge here (City of Vancouver meter). Depends on the parking provider.

Great little lifesaver Started using it regularly recently when I've forgotten change in town. All of the major car parks I've been to use it. Interface is simple but works and takes less than 30 seconds to pay for parking once an account is set up. Love it.

Service fee? No thanks.. Part of my receipt for 5 minutes of parking: Parking Cost: $0.25, PayByPhone Service Fee: $0.35. No thanks. I'll continue using quarters until you drop the service fee.. Great idea, but very slow and loses connection regularly.

Citation city! they casually prompt you to extend the time even beyond the law. app and city should be flawlessly integrated. parking patrol should back off while they are still ironing out the bugs. bad customer experience.
