Jamaica (i /dʒəˈmeɪkə/) is an island nation of the Greater Antilles, 234 kilometres (145 mi) in length and as much as 80 kilometres (50 mi) in width, and amounts to 10,990 square kilometres (4,243 sq mi). It is situated in the Caribbean Sea, about 145 kilometres (90 mi) south of Cuba, and 191 kilometres (119 mi) west of Hispaniola, the island harboring the nation-states Haiti and the Dominican Republic. Its indigenous Arawakan-speaking Taíno inhabitants named the island Xaymaca, meaning the "Land of Wood and Water", or the "Land of Springs".[5] Once a Spanish possession known as Santiago, in 1655 it became an English, and later a British, colony, known as "Jamaica". It achieved full independence in 1962. With 2.8 million people, it is the third most populous anglophone country in the Americas, after the United States and Canada. It remains a Commonwealth realm with Queen Elizabeth II as head of state.[6] Kingston is the country's largest city and the capital.[7]

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Once the application is installed in your device, start the application and you can:

Look for charging points.

You can see the charging points located approximately 5 km. around you. Push “Center” to let the GPS of your iPhone check your position. If no point is shown then there are no points close to your area so use zoom manually to expand it.
You can see the charging points in your desired area. Push the button “Search” and write down the area you want to see.


Get directions

You can use generate a route from where you are to the selected charging point, minding the roads, streets, etc. Is a good option!

Use Streetview

You are in the vicinity and you don’t identify the place, use the tool Streetview and you will certainly find your point.

Use Filters

If you want to see only some type of charging points, e.g. fast charging points, use our Filter option.

Information is dynamic and constantly updated: new points, comments form users, comments from charge providers… Additional information very valuable for you.

For that you need an internet connection which will allow you to know the real-time status of the charging point(s) of your interest.
