We do include some custom templates but they take many hours of work, also we removed the Christmas ones to keep package file size down.

Also new, on some phones like those with HTC Sense UI, such as Tmobile mytouch 4g, choosing "All options" from send button may let you send via bluetooth, facebook for mytouch, flickr, picasa, t-mobile albums, peep, and others.
